About

An infrastructure company, not a campaign.

Pragmatix Ceylon is developing a replicable circular-economy model for municipal solid waste, starting in Jaffna District.

01Purpose

Material that already exists should be put back to work.

Pragmatix is developing the infrastructure between collection and productive use: understood feedstock, appropriate processing and viable markets for recovered outputs.

02How we work

Verify first

We measure material before we design capacity, and we say when a number is an estimate.

Build for the district

Equipment and process are chosen for local maintenance, power and labour realities.

Sell the output

Recovery is only finished when a buyer takes delivery to specification.

Say what is true

Targets are labelled as targets. Achievements are labelled only once verified.

03Where the model starts

Jaffna District is the first proposed implementation geography. Plastics and composting are intended to establish the proof of concept before a larger integrated model is developed.

A systematic build-out

Proof-of-concept facilities leading toward one integrated district model.

A replicable model

Each facility is designed as a module that can be repeated elsewhere.

Three axes of scale

Geography, materials and productive uses — all forward-looking.
