Our model
Feedstock.Processing.Offtake.
Not simply a recycling plant: a circular waste-management model designed to be replicated.
01
Feedstock
Nothing works without secured material.
Mixed municipal waste can include wet waste, paper, plastics, metals, glass, rubber, coconut waste, textiles, sanitary material, e-waste and construction debris. Volume and composition are assessed before capacity is designed.
- Waste characterisation and route mapping
- Municipal and commercial collection pathways
- Contamination limits agreed upfront

02
Processing
The process follows the material, not the brochure.
Segregation, recovery, composting, pelletisation and other appropriate processes are selected for each stream. The integrated model is designed to recover the maximum practical value and minimise landfill.
- Material-specific process selection
- Quality control and batch records
- Design for local maintenance and uptime

03
Offtake
Recovery only counts when someone buys the output.
Recovered materials are intended to return to productive markets. Output requirements and potential uses inform the system before capacity is committed.
- Specification-led buyer qualification
- Agricultural and industrial markets
- Pricing structured for long-term supply

04The second dimension
Recover. Process. Add value.
Feedstock, processing and offtake describe how a facility works. Recover, process and add value describe how far down the chain we intend to go over time.
01
Recover
Material is collected, received and separated into usable streams.
02
Process
Each stream is treated with the process it actually needs — composting, washing, pelletising.
03
Add value
Over time, processed material is intended to become finished product rather than a commodity sale.
Higher-value finished products, including possible furniture applications made from recovered plastic, are an intended long-term direction.
Waste becomes valuable when the whole system works.
